熤园章程(含英文版)

第一条  总  则


熤园于2014年创立于湖南师范大学,全称:湖南师范大学民族学与人类学研究中心熤园工作坊,简称熤园团队或熤园。熤园建立后即在全球进行学术资源配置。

“熤”是团队的专用字。右上两个“习”字,表明对“知识创新”与“经世致用”两个学术维度的追求。右下一个“立”字,表明我们独立自主开展学术研究的宗旨。左旁一个“火”字,表明熤园学术的功用就是用学术之光热拓展底层世俗社会的生活空间。

熤园尊严如熤为学术祖师。


第二条  熤园问学


问学内容:田野中国学研究Field Chinology。

学术主张:知识创新与经世致用在田野中的诗意结合,简称创知致用。

研究方法:基地式田野。每年发布正式基地名单,供熤园师友科研参考。

理论基石:文化能量论。


第三条  熤园刊物


(一)微信公众号:“熤园问学”、“田野东方Fieldwork in Orient”。

(二)新浪微博:“熤园”。

(三)学术刊物:《田野中国学》(集刊),《一带一路民族文化研究》(与一带一路沿线多所知名大学联合出版英文版期刊)。

(四)学术合著:《田野中国学学步集》、《神韵武陵》、《熤园学人田野考察行记》,每种合著均连续出版。


第四条  熤园延伸产品


(一)开展文化旅游、研学旅游、文化产业园等开发。

(二)利用田野发现,逐步构建“熤园专供”生态养生食品及其他文化产品系列,推荐给熤园师友使用。


第五条  熤园师友资格的获得与退出


熤园成员以师友相称,亦师亦友之谓。

(一)熤园师友的类型:

1.熤园学子:包括本科生、研究生、进修生、访问学者、博士后。

2.熤园导师;具有副教授以上职称、或博士以上学位的教师或科研人员。

3.熤园研究员:其他科研人员可以加盟熤园研究员;熤园学子毕业或结业后自动转为熤园研究员;各个研究基地管理员。

4.熤园专职工作人员:科研助理、刊物编辑、项目推广经理。

(二)资格获得

认同熤园章程,通过报考熤园的硕士生、博士生、博士后等方式成为熤园学子。或向自己所认识的熤园师友提出书面或口头申请,经批准进入熤园师友微信群即成为熤园学子。

认同熤园章程,通过申请熤园的访问学者、进修生、博士后、研究员、导师等方式加盟。

认同熤园章程,通过申请专职工作人员岗位等方式加盟。

(三)身份退出

熤园遵循诚信友善互助、进出自由两个原则维护师友之间的关系。

在校生有四种退出途径:以书面声明退出,长期不参加学术活动视为自动退出,双方约定退出,学子完成学业之后自动退出。

熤园师友在退出之前,必须办理好所承担的各项课题与项目的交接手续,理顺课题责任。

退出熤园的师友不再享有熤园的任何权利与义务,并及时退出熤园师友微信群。

退出熤园不影响师友间的个人友谊。


第六条  熤园学子的权利、义务与学术评定


(一)权利

1.参与熤园举办或资助的各种学术会议、茶会以及田野调查活动。

2.使用熤园的各种学术资源,包括办公场所、网络与图书等。

3.在熤园刊物上优先发表作品。

4.主持或参与熤园师友发起的各种开发项目,有实质贡献者可持项目股份。

5.在田野基地开展科研工作,享有免费食宿、免费车船、资助出版成果等待遇。在熤园师友举办或参与的各种经济实体、研究基地消费,享受内部优惠。

6.获得熤园师友之间提供的互助式的、能够提升自身科研与影响力的其他学术支持。

7.积极参与熤园微号文章推广达到一定数量,可获赠熤园纪念品。

8.熤园优秀博士、博士后、高级访问学者将被推荐到国内及一带一路沿线相关高校或科研机构工作。

(二)义务

1.积极参加熤园的各项学术活动、学术会议。

2.参与熤园一带一路联合学位建设或其他研究项目建设。

3.认真完成所承担的熤园科研、文创等项目。

4.积极推介熤园的各种学术与文化产品。积极写作过程成果,积极推广熤园微信公众号文章。参与熤园办公室、研究基地等公共设施的日常维护与管理工作。

(三)学术评定

1.博士生在读期间必须独立在国内高级别期刊(含CSSCI期刊及其扩展版、北大版核心期刊等)、国外SSCI期刊(巴基斯坦Y刊)发表学术论文1篇;或在国内外学术会议上宣读论文1篇;或担任学术集刊副主编1次。

2.硕士生在读期间必须在国内外公开出版的专业学术期刊、集刊上发表学术论文1篇;或在学术会议上宣读论文1篇;或担任学术集刊编委1次。

3.其他学子参照博士硕士生标准增加难易程度执行。


第七条  熤园导师与研究员


(一)享有熤园学子的所有权利。

(二)积极参加田野中国学学科建设工作,并为熤园学子提供必要的学术指导。

(三)具有博士学位的副教授可以参与硕士研究生指导工作;具有博士学位的教授可以参与博士研究生指导工作。


第八条  熤园专职人员


权利与义务由聘任合同约定。


第九条  新熤园的建立与权责


(一)熤园师友可以在自己的研究场所或研究基地挂牌新熤园,可以使用熤园所有的标识系统。可以共享所有学术平台。

(二)新熤园与熤园不存在业务上、人事上的隶属关系。

(三)新熤园通过在名称前冠以地名相互区别。如浦市熤园、秦皇岛熤园等。


第十条 章程生效与修订


本章程经过熤园讨论生效,解说权归熤园所有。修订章程需经过大多数师友同意。






Charter of Yi Academy

(4th Edition, Nov. 5th, 2019)

the 1st collective revision of Yi Academy WeChat group on September 7th, 2016.)


Article 1  General


1.1Yi Academy(熤园) founded in 2014 in Hunan Normal University, the full name is the Academic Workshop of Ethnology & Anthropology Research Center in Hunan Normal University, which is called for short as “Yi Academy Team” or “Yi Academy”. When established, Yi Academy will move around the world.


1.2”(Yi) is an exclusive Chinese character for the team. Inside this character, the part of dual “” on the upper right indicates the pursuit of “Knowledge Innovation”(知识创新,ZhishiChuangxin) and “Practical Application”(经世致用,JingshiZhiyong). The part “” at the lower right indicates the purpose of our independent academic research. The part “” on the left shows that the academic function of the Yi Academy is to expand the living space for lower caste in secular society with the academic heat.


1.3 Yan Ruyi is respected as the Academic Father of Yi Academy.


Article 2  Yi Academy Basic Learn


2.1 Contents: Study on Field Chinology.


2.2 Academic Proposition: Poetic Combination of Knowledge Innovation and Practical Application in the Field, referred to as “Innovation & Application”(创知致用,ChuangzhiZhiyong).


2.3 Research Method: Fieldwork in Academic Base. The official base list will be public every year for reference to the members of Yi Academy.


2.4 Theoretical Cornerstone: Cultural Energy Theory.


Article 3  Yi Academy Publications


3.1 Official WeChat: “Yi Academy Basic Learn” and “Fieldwork in Orient”.


3.2 Official Sina Weibo: Yi Academy.


3.3 Academic Journal: “Bulletin of Field Chinology/Sinology”, “B&R Regional Cultures Research” (Jointly published with some famous Universities in B&R States and Areas).


3.4 Academic Monographs: “Steps Bulletin of Field Chinology/Sinology”, “Charm of Wuling”, and “Field Investigation Notes of Scholars in Yi Academy”, each of them will be published continuously.


Article 4  Extension Products

 

4.1 Developing cultural tourism, research tourism and cultural industrial district and so on.


4.2 Build a series of ecological health food and other cultural products for “exclusive use in Yi Academy” by research findings, and recommend to members of Yi Academy.


Article 5  Acquisition and Withdraw of Members Qualification


Members of Yi Academy are matched by Teachers & Friends. They are also called Teachers & Friends.


5.1 Types of Teachers & Friends in Yi Academy

5.1.1 Students of Yi Academy: including Undergraduates, Postgraduates, Advanced students, Visiting scholars and Postdoctors.

5.1.2 Supervisors of Yi Academy: Teachers or Scientific Researchers at least entitle the title of associate professor or the degree of doctor, or above.

5.1.3 Researcher: Researchers from outside are allowed to join in Yi Academy; after graduation, students of Yi Academy will be automatically transferred to researcher; administrators of research bases.

5.1.4 Full time staff: Research Assistant, Journal Editor, Project Promotion Manager.


5.2 Acquire the Qualification

5.2.1 Identify the Charter of Yi Academy, as a student of Yi Academy by applying for Master's degree, Doctor's degree and Post doctors. Or make a written or oral application to the members of Yi Academy, enter the WeChat group of Yi Academy.

5.2.2 Identify the Charter of Yi Academy, applying to join Yi Academy by visiting scholars, advanced students, post doctors, researchers, mentors, etc.

5.2.3 Identify the Charter of Yi Academy, and apply for full-time staff positions.


5.3 Withdraw

5.3.1 Yi Academy abides by the two principles: freedom in & out, and honestly & friendly mutual help, to maintain relationship between the members.

5.3.2 There are four ways for members to withdraw: to withdraw by written statement; to auto-withdraw due to be unpresented at academic activities for long time; to withdraw on agreement, and to auto-withdraw after finishing their degree studies.

5.3.3 Before quitting, members of Yi Academy must finish the handover procedures of all subjects & projects they have undertaken, and straighten out the responsibilities of the subjects.

5.3.4 Teachers & friends who quit Yi Academy no longer enjoy any rights & obligations from Yi Academy, and quit the WeChat group.

5.3.5 Withdrawing Yi Academy will not affect the personal friendship among the members.


Article 6  Rights, Obligations and Academic Evaluation of Yi Academy Members


6.1 Rights

6.1.1 Participate in various academic conferences, tea parties and field research activities held or funded by Yi Academy.

6.1.2 Available to use academic resources, including office space, network, books, etc.

6.1.3 Priority publish in Yi Academy Journals.

6.1.4 Holding or participating in any projects initiated by Yi Academy, and those who have substantial contributions can hold shares in the project.

6.1.5 For research work in the bases, enjoy the treatment of free accommodation, free vehicles and ships, and supporting the publication of achievements. All kinds of economic entities and research bases held or participated in Yi Academy, enjoy internal preferential policies.

6.1.6 Obtain other academic support provided by Yi Academy that can enhance its scientific research and influence.

6.1.7 Get rewards when reach the standard on promoting the WeChat articles.

6.1.8 Excellent PhD candidates, postdoctoral and senior visiting scholars can be recommended to work in “Institute of Field Chinology/Sinology” along B&R Universities.


6.2 Obligations

6.2.1 Attending the various academic activities and conferences of Yi Academy.

6.2.2 Participating in B&R construction of joint degree or other research projects.

6.2.3 Completing the scientific research, cultural and creative projects undertaken by Yi Academy.

6.2.4 Promoting academic and cultural products of Yi Academy. Writing the process result articles, and promoting the WeChat articles. Participate in the daily maintenance and management of public facilities such as offices or research bases.


6.3 Academic Evaluation

6.3.1 PhD students must independently publish one academic paper in domestic high-level Journals (including CSSCI Journals, Peking University Edition Core Journals, etc.) and foreign SSCI Journals (Pakistan Y Journals or above), giving an academic lecture at domestic or foreign academic conferences; serve as the deputy editor of academic journals.

6.3.2 Postgraduate students must publish one academic paper in the professional academic journals or periodicals journals whether domestic or abroad, giving an academic lecture in the academic conference, or serve as the Editorial Committee of the academic periodicals.

6.3.3 Other students refer to the standard of PhD students to shift it.


Article 7  Supervisors and Researchers


7.1 Enjoy all the rights of Yi Academy members.


7.2 To participate in the discipline construction of Field Chinology/Sinology and provide necessary academic guidance for the students in the team.


7.3 An associate professor with a doctor's degree can be recommended as a part-time supervisor of postgraduate in Yi Academy; a professor with a doctor's degree can be recommended as a part-time supervisor of PhD. The part-time supervisor shall be appointed by the relevant University of Yi Academy.


Article 8  Full-time Staff


The rights and obligations shall be appointed in the employment contract.


Article 9  Establishment, Rights and Responsibilities of New Yi Academy


9.1 Members of Yi Academy can hold new brand of Yi Academy in their own research sites or research bases, and can use all identification systems of Yi Academy. All academic platforms can be shared.


9.2 There is no subordinate relationship in business and personnel between the new Yi Academy and old.


9.3 New Yi Academy distinguishes itself from other Yi Academies by prefixing its name with a place name. Such as Pushi Yi Academy, Qinhuangdao Yi Academy, etc.


Article 10  Effectiveness and Amendment of the Charter


This Charter shall come into effect after discussion by Yi Academy members, and the right of interpretation belong to Yi Academy. The amendment of the Charter requires the consent of most members.
